How do I add an earning?
Tap the + button on the home screen and fill in the amount, date, client, and an optional note, then save. You can also use the Home Screen widget or long-press the app icon and choose the Quick Action to jump straight into a new entry.
How do I attach a receipt?
When adding or editing an entry, tap the receipt area to attach a photo (from your camera or photo library) or a PDF from the Files app. You can also share a receipt or payment screenshot into Tabtrac from another app using the iOS share sheet — it will pre-fill a new entry for you.
How do I change the currency?
Open Settings within Tabtrac and choose your currency from the list. Amounts throughout the app — entries, client totals, and the dashboard — will update to match.
How does iCloud sync work?
Tabtrac syncs your data across your own devices using your private iCloud account (CloudKit). There's no Tabtrac account and no Tabtrac server — your data is stored in your personal iCloud, and no one else, including the developer, can access it. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account and have iCloud Drive enabled on each device.
What does the widget / Quick Action do?
The Home Screen widget shows a quick snapshot of your earnings and gets you into the app fast. The Quick Action — triggered by long-pressing the Tabtrac app icon — takes you directly to the add-entry screen, so you can log a payment in a couple of taps without opening the app first.
Does Tabtrac work without an internet connection?
Yes. Tabtrac works fully offline — there's no account, no sign-up, and no internet connection required. iCloud sync will simply catch up the next time you're online.
Still stuck?
