Terms of Use

Last updated August 25, 2026

These terms cover your use of Tabtrac: Earnings Tracker ("Tabtrac", "the app"), made by Kelly Daniel. By downloading or using Tabtrac, you agree to these terms.

License

You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Tabtrac on devices you own or control, for its intended purpose of tracking your own earnings. The app, including its design and code, remains the property of the developer.

Your data

Everything you enter into Tabtrac — earnings, clients, notes, receipts — is yours. It's stored on your device and, if enabled, synced privately through your own iCloud account. See the Privacy Policy for details. You're responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure, and for any backups you rely on.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell Tabtrac, and don't use it in any way that violates applicable law.

No warranty

Tabtrac is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It's a personal record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, or financial advice — you're responsible for verifying figures you rely on for tax filings or business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any damages or losses — including lost data — arising from your use of Tabtrac. Since Tabtrac has no server and no account recovery, you're responsible for your device's iCloud and backup settings.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally; the date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use Tabtrac after a change means you accept the updated terms.
